All requests to paint the exterior of a home must be approved by the Board prior to any work commencing. To keep the community diverse in color, identical colors will not be permitted on more than two houses in a row.

You are permitted to repaint your home to its existing color without Board of Directors approval. If you want to change the color to one of the other approved colors then you must submit an Application for Alteration to the Board for their approval.
